Chef's Tasting and Tour: Chef Dell will take your small group on a tour of the wine-making facility to show you how we make our award-winning wines. He will then teach you the secrets of pairing your favorite wines with food. This will be followed by a tasting of three tapas paired with Beliveau Estate wines.
